Wu said that he learned that CleanSpark, a US bitcoin mining listed company, acquired a total of 60 megawatts (MW) of bitcoin mining farms in rural Georgia for US$25.8 million. The company said in a statement on Tuesday that it had reached a final agreement to acquire five power farms. The cost per megawatt is US$430,000. It is reported that the five power farms range in size from 8 MW to 15 MW, and have signed interruptible load power purchase agreements.
