BNB Chain to launch BEP-336 on June 20, introducing “Blob Transactions” to reduce transaction costs

According to PANews news on June 18, BNB Chain announced that it is about to usher in a major upgrade - BEP 336. This transformative improvement, inspired by Ethereum EIP 4844, will optimize data storage and processing by introducing "Blob Transactions" (BlobTx), which is expected to significantly reduce transaction costs by up to 90% and improve network performance. BEP-336 will be officially launched via a Haber hard fork, expected to occur on June 20, 2023.
