Binance is excited to introduce a promotional fee tier in the Binance Spot Liquidity Provider Program for liquidity providers to enjoy increased rebates from 2023-08-21 00:00 (UTC) to 2023-11-19 23:59 (UTC).
During the Promotion Period, eligible liquidity providers participating in the promotion for the Spot Liquidity Provider Program will be able to enjoy the rebates on the promotional tier (i.e., Tier 4 in the table below).
Promotion Period: 2023-08-21 00:00 (UTC) to 2023-11-19 23:59 (UTC)
Timeline:
The maker volume calculation starts from 2023-08-21 00:00 (UTC)
The maker fees rebates will be updated on a weekly basis starting from 2023-08-29 00:00 (UTC)
Promotional maker fee rebates will end at 2023-11-27 23:59 (UTC)
Promotional Binance Spot Liquidity Provider Program:
Please note that the promotional fee tier (i.e., Tier 4) in the Binance Spot Liquidity Provider Program is only available during the Promotion Period. After the promotion ends, the standard fee tiers of the Binance Spot Liquidity Provider Program will apply. Refer to this link for more information.
How to Participate in the Binance Spot Liquidity Provider Program:
Automatic participation: Users with weekly maker volume that equals or exceeds Tier 1 requirements of the Binance Spot Liquidity Provider Program are automatically enrolled.
Manual application (trial period): Users who have not met the Tier 1 requirement in the last 30 days but have reached a 30-day trading volume of over 20,000,000 USDT equivalent on the Binance Spot and Margin markets, can apply for a trial period of three weeks. Successful applicants will stand to enjoy Tier 1 maker fees during the trial period.

[Weekly maker volume %] of each account = [Weekly spot and margin maker volume] of each account / [Weekly maker volume] of Binance Spot and Margin markets.
[Weekly maker volume] = Sum of the seven [Daily maker volume] during the week.
[Daily maker volume] = Sum of maker volume on Binance Spot and Margin markets on the day.
Day: Each day runs from 00:00 (UTC) to 23:59 (UTC).
Week: Each week runs from 00:00 (UTC) on Monday to 23:59 (UTC) on Sunday.
Maker fee rebates are effective from 00:00 (UTC) each Tuesday to 23:59 (UTC) next Monday.
Maker volume includes all maker volume on Binance Spot and Margin markets. Maker volume of all USD stablecoin trading pairs with zero trading fees, as well as BTC trading pairs with zero trading fees, will be excluded from final maker volume calculation.
Users who participate in the Binance Spot Liquidity Provider Program via manual application are entitled to a maximum of three trial sessions with an application gap of one month from the last trial’s expiration.
The performance of eligible liquidity providers will be reviewed on a weekly basis.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify trades that are deemed to be wash trades or illegally bulk registered accounts, as well as trades that display attributes of self-dealing or market manipulation.
