Odaily Planet Daily News: David Hirsch, former head of the U.S. SEC’s Crypto Assets and Network Division, posted on Linkedin, “Last Friday was my last day at the SEC after nearly 9 years. During this period, I had the opportunity to participate in many complex and challenging investigations and issues. I am particularly proud to lead the Crypto Assets and Network Division team to complete historic work. I am deeply grateful to many mentors, leaders, colleagues, and friends, including interstate, federal and international regulators and excellent partners in law enforcement, who cannot be listed here. Securities enforcement is a team effort, and every successful case I have participated in has been achieved through collaboration and joint efforts. Thank you everyone, although it is difficult to leave this agency that has given me so much, I am very excited about the challenges ahead. I look forward to sharing more information soon.”
