According to ChainCatcher, Bitcoin Layer 2 Starx suffered a network outage early this morning and did not produce blocks for nearly 9 hours. The official attributed the incident to Bitcoin reorganization (reorg) and "unexpected miner behavior", and block production has now resumed.
