According to TechFlow, ZK Nation announced that starting next week, any individual or organization can become a representative of ZKsync, even if they do not have ZKsync protocol tokens.
All they need is an Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) compatible wallet to receive delegated voting rights from token holders. Representatives can choose to create a profile on the ZKsync governance portal to become a registered representative. Representatives who create a profile before 7:59 on June 16 will be eligible to be considered for the ZK token claim process.
