MicroStrategy to Redeem in Full Its Outstanding 0.750% Convertible Senior Notes for an Aggregate Amount of $650 Million

According to TechFlow, MicroStrategy announced that it will redeem in full its outstanding 0.750% convertible senior notes with a total amount of US$650 million, and the redemption date is July 15, 2024.

Holders will have the option to convert the notes into MicroStrategy Class A common stock before July 11, 2024.
