Recently, we are honored to be invited by the Macau Judiciary Police to conduct a training course for police officers from the Gaming and Economic Crime Investigation Department and the Criminal Crime Investigation Department. This is also Binance’s first offline training course in Macau, which writes a new chapter for our cooperation with global law enforcement agencies.

This course was held at the Macau Judiciary Police. More than 40 representatives from the Criminal Investigation Department and the Gaming and Economic Crime Investigation Department of the Macau Judiciary Police, including the Gaming Crime Investigation Division, the Economic Crime Investigation Division and the Information Crime Investigation Division, attended the course.
Carlos Mak, a representative of the Binance Investigations team, hosted the training course and shared and exchanged views with on-site law enforcement officers on topics such as practical methods of investigating blockchain and virtual asset crimes, how Binance cooperates with global law enforcement agencies, and Binance’s experience in working with different law enforcement agencies to solve major cases.

The Macau training course is part of Binance’s global security and compliance efforts, with the goal of strengthening cooperation with law enforcement agencies to ensure the security and stability of the entire Web3 ecosystem.
In 2023 alone, Binance has conducted more than 120 online and offline law enforcement training courses or seminars around the world. Last month, Binance held the first Online Law Enforcement Training Day, with a total of more than 1,300 law enforcement officers from around the world participating, which highlighted the international law enforcement community's high attention to the issue of virtual asset crime prevention and control, and also highlighted the importance and necessity of such activities.
