According to Bloomberg, a person familiar with the matter revealed that OpenAI CEO Sam Altman told company employees that the company's annual revenue is expected to reach 3.4 billion US dollars.
At Wednesday's all-hands meeting, Altman said the vast majority of revenue, about $3.2 billion, came from OpenAI's products and services, and that OpenAI is also expected to generate about $200 million in revenue by providing access to its AI models through Microsoft Azure.
According to The Information, OpenAI's annualized revenue will be $1.6 billion by the end of 2023.
