According to TechFlow, Uniswap has removed the HEX token from its interface after the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) called it an unregistered security earlier this week. HEX tokens can now be found in the list of "unsupported" tokens on the Uniswap interface, which generally means that the protocol "infringes on trademarks, has been proven to be a scam, or is based on other legal considerations."

Although Uniswap has removed the token from its interface, the move only concerns the front-end, and HEX can still be traded through the decentralized protocol.
