Following BlackRock's submission of a revised S-1 form just a day prior, Grayscale has filed an amended S-3 registration statement, as per PANews. In the updated document, the company delineated the requirements for formulating a basket of Ethereum stocks.

Earlier, it had been reported that the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved the 19b-4 forms for eight Ethereum ETFs in the past week, and as per insider information, the SEC has mandated issuers to submit their initial round of S-1 draft forms by the end of Friday.
