According to official news, Zulu Network has open-sourced the first ZKP verification code implemented in Bitcoin script, involving the Groth16/FFlonk mainstream algorithm, and submitted the code to the BitVM repository. This achievement lays the foundation for building a decentralized cross-chain bridge based on BitVM2. Zulu's next goal is to use cross-chain technology and BitVM2 to launch a trust-minimized Bitcoin cross-chain bridge. Previously, BitVM creator Robin Linus said that the snark validator in Bitcoin script is a huge milestone in the future development of Bitcoin. Based on the current script size, Zulu Network only needs to split the entire ZKP script into less than 2,000 sub-scripts.
