Historically, BTC slick whales always complete the accumulation of funds before the bull peak (Figure 1), and sell heavily at the fattest bull tail (Figure 2).

Currently, slick whales may still be in the accumulation stage.

The upper indicator in the figure is the BTC price; the lower indicator is the total amount of chips of medium-sized whales (also known as "slick whales") with a number of coins between 1k-10k on the chain.
