According to the white paper, the basic gameplay of STEPN GO is similar to the existing STEPN. Users can earn GGT tokens and NFT by walking, jogging or running with NFT sneakers, but the systems and functions within the new application have many differences. . For example, in order to better expand the number of users, STEPN GO will launch a guidance system called "Haus". Users can lend or give their NFT shoes to friends who are new to the app and share energy with their friends.
In terms of social functions, STEPN GO will introduce customizable 3D avatars and clothing, which users can display in an "interactive map" within the app, allowing other users to browse their appearance. Other social features include chat, run invitations and friends functionality.
