The SEC allegedly delayed a decision on the launch of a spot Ethereum ETF. There is no media statement from the SEC yet.

Importantly - even if it is - this is NOT a rejection of spot Ethereum ETFs.

A comment from#Bloombergsenior ETF analyst Eric Balchunas does not yet confirm that the decision has been postponed:

“UPDATE: There are no updates yet. We are waiting for news. Seen two different people here claiming it was delayed (without citing their sources) until late in the evening, but we can't confirm that yet. That's all we know right now."

The#ETHrate immediately went to 3,524$ and liquidated some poor guy’s long on#Binancefor 12.4 million (!) $ at a liquidation price of $3,602.21.
