U.S. authorities have arrested Rui-Siang Lin, a 23-year-old Taiwanese man, who is accused of operating a dark web drug market called "Stealth Market" and allegedly using it to conduct more than $100 million in cryptocurrency transactions, including illegal drugs such as fentanyl. Lin made millions of dollars by operating Stealth Market, which took a 5% commission from each sale.
