According to Foresight News, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court has approved the bankruptcy plan of cryptocurrency lender Genesis. Genesis creditor Gemini will begin returning 97% of owed assets in kind to customers of its disbanded Gemini Earn program by the end of this month.
