Stellar will reset its testnet on June 11th. The final step in this upgrade process will be the Mainnet upgrade vote, which will take place on June 18th.

Stellar is an open-source, decentralized blockchain platform for financial transactions. It was founded in 2014 by Jed McCaleb, one of the co-founders of Ripple. Stellar uses a proprietary consensus protocol called the Stellar Consensus Protocol (SCP), which provides faster and more reliable transaction processing than most traditional systems.
