Liquity is set to release the second version of its whitepaper in May.

LQTY is a token that captures the fee income generated by the Liquity protocol through staking. Liquity is a decentralized borrowing protocol that allows you to borrow at 0% interest using Ether as collateral. Loans are repaid in US dollars and the minimum collateral ratio must be only 110%.
