According to ChainCatcher, documents from the Delaware Bankruptcy Court show that FTX's new CEO and chief restructuring officer John J. Ray III earns $1,300 an hour.

According to the documents, "The services of John J. Ray III were retained pursuant to a letter of engagement between Owl Hill Advisory, LLC and the Debtors (the CEO Engagement Letter). Under the terms of the CEO Engagement Letter, Owl Hill will provide Ray's services as the Debtors' Chief Executive Officer, but Mr. Ray will remain an employee of Owl Hill and will be paid by the Debtors at the current hourly rate of $1,300 per hour pursuant to the CEO Engagement Letter."
