• Taker: When you place an order on Binance P2P that trades directly without visiting the order book, then you are a taker. These trades “take” volume from the order book, so they are called taker trades.

• This promotion applies to all fiat currencies supported on the Binance P2P platform.

• Binance will use the daily closing price of the local currency exchange rate to USD for the calculation of users' total trading volume and purchase volume on Binance P2P during the Promotion Period.

• All token voucher rewards will be distributed within three weeks after the Promotion ends. Users will be able to log in and redeem their token vouchers via Profile > Reward Hub.

• All distributed token vouchers will expire within two weeks of distribution. Eligible users must claim their voucher before the expiry date.

• Binance reserves the right to disqualify participants who act fraudulently or do not comply with the applicable terms and conditions based on reasonable considerations.

• Binance reserves the right to disqualify trades deemed to be illegally registered bulk accounts.

• Binance reserves the absolute right at any time to determine and/or amend or change these terms and conditions without prior notice at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cancellation, extension, termination or suspension of this promotion, terms and eligibility criteria, selection and number of winners, and any actions taken in due course, and all Participants are bound by this amendment.
