#CryptoTwitter will see less exposure on Google due to rate limit slash.

The indexing and display of tweets on Google's search engine are significantly impacted by Twitter's new rate constraints, which reduces the accessibility of the information published on the microblogging platform.

Google Search reportedly eliminated more than half of the indexed URLs from Twitter during the past few days, according to web search industry publication Search Engine Land.

On July 3, it was reported that from 471 million to 180 million tweets, Google had only indexed a fraction of them.

In a statement published on July 4 by The Verge, a #Google representative said, "We're aware that our ability to crawl #Twitter.com has been limited, affecting our ability to display tweets and pages from the site in search results." #twitter
