Let me answer without saying that. The volume is flowing to Bitcoin, not to altcoins. The only thing everyone is waiting for right now is Bitcoin. If you dive into altcoins without waiting for Bitcoin, it will explode in your hands. In my opinion, the best purchase is 2-3 months after the halving.
