Blockchain oracle provider Chainlink has launched two innovative features designed to enhance the cross-chain trading experience.

In an announcement on April 11, the network launched Transporter, a versatile multi-chain transfer application that will facilitate seamless transactions between multiple blockchain networks including Arbitrum, Avalanche, BNB Chain, Ethereum, WEMIX, Polygon, Optimism, and Base.

Additionally, Chainlink revealed that its Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) will allow users to transfer native ETH across different chains, including Ethereum and second-layer networks Arbitrum and Optimism.

Despite these developments, Chainlink’s native token LINK has only gained 1.06% in the past 24 hours and is trading at $17.34.

Transporter

Chainlink revealed that Transporter is built on its CCIP technology. This cross-chain message transmission bridge has an intuitive user interface and strong security measures, ensuring that users can efficiently monitor their assets and transactions in real time.

It added:

“Transporter is built to simplify the complexity of accessing the cross-chain economy.”

Chainlink co-founder Sergey Nazarov said Transporter will help simplify cross-chain transfers, especially for high-value token transactions and critical messaging.

Early adopters such as Fourth Revolution Capital and Moonrock Capital have expressed appreciation for Transporter’s capabilities and look forward to its contribution to advancing blockchain adoption. Simon Dedic, CEO of Moonrock Capital, expressed enthusiasm for Transporter’s seamless user experience and CCIP’s unparalleled cross-chain security.

Native ETH transfer

In addition to Transporter, Chainlink also introduced a new token transfer mechanism for CCIP, which enables cross-chain native ETH transfers through the WETH token pool.

The company revealed that native ETH transfers introduced a transfer mechanism for locking and unlocking tokens, allowing any digital asset to join and securely transfer across chains through CCIP. Chainlink said the move will bring greater liquidity to the entire multi-chain ecosystem.

According to Chainlink, the upgrade also comes with a new pricing model, making “CCIP one of the most cost-effective options for securely and reliably bridging a wide range of tokens.”#Chainlink  #跨链交易
