In February, Connext launched "Restake From Anywhere," enabling users to easily restake ETH and LSTs on L2/L3 networks without Ethereum Mainnet fees. This innovation, called restaking, allows users to earn rewards while maintaining liquidity with LRTs.
Restaking typically occurs on L1s, causing TVL to leak from L2s to ETH. Connext's solution allows users to restake on their preferred chain. Their collaboration with Renzo Protocol showcases restaking's practical benefits, enhancing DeFi opportunities and user experience.
Connext is expanding Restake From Anywhere's support for additional chains, improving interoperability and user options on EigenLayer.
