When bullrun begins you are more prone to sell stuff to early ... one thing I learnt and that's the only thing matters be at right side of the trade which means when you see long term charts and notice the markets are at bottom or at one side of the screen trade for opposite side and wait until it gets you to the other side .. that is what matters.. that changes your state of mind once you ensure your survival and presence and right decisions at extremes...
