According to Williams, ICP introduced the first blockchain-based AI smart contract.
He described the new product as a โdemonstration of artificial intelligence running on the blockchain as a smart contractโ:
"The Internet computer, the world's first third-generation computer, is now in use. ICP AI's blockchain will be the beating heart of the multi-networked world of Web3, and this is just the first demonstration."
Internet Computer AI, in particular, is part of a mission to develop a system where protocol-powered large language models (LLMs) act as smart contracts on ICP.
Additionally, the mission is expected to be tamper-resistant, unstoppable, and autonomous if necessary. Devin from Cognition Labs is almost like an online computational AI model; The only difference is that the former focuses on teaching other MBAs.
