PANews reported on May 10 that Celsius tweeted: "Last month, the court approved our settlement with the Unsecured Creditors Committee (UCC) and the Special Custody Group. Today, those who choose to opt in to the settlement can start withdrawing funds. As a reminder, eligible custodial account users can choose to join the custodial settlement, provided that they choose not to pursue any custodial-related claims or causes of action against Celsius and vote in favor of this plan in their custodial claims. The distribution of eligible assets will be carried out in two stages. The first distribution will be 36.25% of the custodial account balance of each settlement custodial account holder, starting today. Users will not be able to withdraw assets until all account information has been updated and verified."

Earlier on May 5, Celsius stated that eligible users will be able to withdraw 100% of allocable custodial assets.
