Dear User:
Binance has launched the Time Weighted Average Price (TWAP) feature for spot trading. With this feature, users can split large Binance spot orders into smaller quantities and execute the strategy at fixed time intervals. For more information, please refer to Binance API.
About time-weighted average price entrustment:
The Time Weighted Average Price (TWAP) is the average price calculated over a period of time. The TWAP trading algorithm is designed to execute trades within a user-specified time period so that the average execution price is roughly consistent with the time weighted average price for that period.
How to place a time-weighted average price order:
Determine the transaction quantity: Determine the total quantity of spot you choose to buy or sell. The minimum total quantity of a time-weighted average price order is 1,000 USDT. When a time-weighted average price strategy completes all orders, the strategy will terminate.
Select duration: Select the total time for the TWAP strategy to run. The minimum duration is 5 minutes and the maximum duration is 24 hours.
