U.S. bank deposits fell again last week, while ratings agency Moody's downgraded the ratings of 11 regional banks, including U.S. Bancorp, Bank of Hawaii, Zions, Western Alliance and First Republic Bank.
Moody's believes that the risks these banks face in managing their assets and liabilities are becoming "increasingly apparent" and are weighing on profitability.
