What is an observation wallet?
Observation wallet is mainly used to observe the assets of the target wallet, and can also be used to complete the currency withdrawal operation in conjunction with the assets of the cold wallet.
What is a cold wallet?
Cold wallets are also called offline wallets and use QR codes to communicate with observation wallets. The private key information never contacts the Internet, making it safer to use.
Observe why the wallet cannot transfer money?

Users only need to use the observation wallet to import accounts (public keys) or addresses to have a convenient experience. Through the observation wallet, users can view account (address) assets, transaction records, etc.
The wallets we use to create or import private keys and mnemonic phrases every day will use password (private key) authorization during operation. The authorization is complete.
The scheduled operation can be completed only after success. Therefore, the observation wallet cannot directly perform on-chain operations such as transfers. If transfer is required, the private key or mnemonic phrase can be imported into the wallet or used with cold wallet authorization.
How to import observation wallet?
1. Click on the upper left corner to select the wallet, click [+], click [Import Wallet], and select [Observe Wallet];

How to use the observation wallet and the corresponding cold wallet to transfer funds?
Click [Transfer], enter the payment address and transfer amount, click [Confirm], and click [Confirm Payment]. Since the observation wallet transfer requires the corresponding cold wallet scan code signature, you need to open the cold wallet corresponding to the observation wallet and scan the code to confirm.
What should I do if I don’t have a cold wallet to scan the code?
Method 1: Import cold wallet
Click [Import Wallet], click [Cold Wallet], and you can import by entering the mnemonic phrase or private key. After the import is successful, you can click [Scan Code to Sign] to cooperate with the observation wallet to perform transfers and other operations.
