Secret is a cryptocurrency designed for secure computing and privacy-preserving smart contracts. Unlike traditional blockchains, where all data is publicly available, the data used in smart contracts on the Secret Network is encrypted and can only be viewed by those involved in the transaction. The SCRT token is used for transaction fees and control votes on the Secret Network. The main goal of the project is to provide privacy and security to the DeFi (decentralized finance) sector by allowing users to create and use applications without revealing their personal data.
