#OKX is the third largest cryptocurrency futures exchange and it is under investigation by south koreas Financial Intelligence Unit for alleged unlawful activities.
The investigation focuses on its promotion tactics including the use of domestic influencers to attract Korean users , raising legal and ethical concerns.
