1. always make sure that you have downloaded the latest version of SANUSAPP 3.0 from your App Store (Apple Store or Google Play).

2. if you want to confirm your future transactions using your fingerprint or Face ID, first set up your biometric data on your smartphone and then activate this function. This data is not stored by SANUSLIFE, but by iOS or Android.

3. call a function like In App Transfer in Wallets. This will restart the smartphone verification process.

Another note: Please note that if you then have NAOCOIN send you the email by clicking the "Send Email" button, a message may appear in the app if there is still something to be configured.

We will soon also offer the option to store a transaction PIN instead of biometric data. While this is not as secure, it is an alternative for anyone who cannot or does not want to store their biometric data.
