#VET is breaking out after bouncing on support at $0.03. I have my next targets for the breakout at $0.035 which is resistance.A break above $0.03 watch for a rally to $0.04.In case of a breakdown move loosing support at $0.03 watch for a breakdown move to $0.026 which is support.
