Odaily Planet Daily News: The Unsecured Creditors Committee (UCC) of the crypto lending platform Voyager stated on the social platform, "UCC has reached a settlement agreement with Voyager and FTX/Alameda, which not only protects resources, but also provides direct and substantial benefits to Voyager's creditors. Alameda has agreed to withdraw its $75 million claim against Voyager or contribute such claims to Voyager OpCo, which will benefit Voyager creditors. Alameda also agreed to waive any right to receive distributions due to Alameda's equity in Voyager or contribute such equity to Voyager OpCo. All claims that Voyager may have against FTX/Alameda related to the failed sales transaction are retained. FTX/Alameda will not oppose Voyager's Chapter 11 plan. The two parties will participate in a rapid mediation regarding Voyager's claims against FTX, FTX's priority claims against Voyager, and other matters."
