According to ChainCatcher, AI startup Captions has completed a $60 million financing round led by Index Ventures, with participation from Kleiner Perkins, a16z, Sequoia Capital, and actor Jared Leto. This brings Captions' total financing to $100 million and its valuation to $500 million. Captions was founded in 2021 and mainly uses AI technology to help people create, edit, and distribute videos.
