According to Foresight News, Circle has introduced the Euro stablecoin EURC to Base, which is the first Euro-backed stablecoin on Base. EURC is issued by Circle and, together with USDC, has become the first stablecoin issued on Base that complies with the new Crypto Asset Market (MiCA) regulations.
