According to Foresight News, Nuffle Labs, an independent entity spun off from the NEAR Foundation, has released its technology roadmap. Nuffle Labs plans to focus on providing modular infrastructure for other projects in the last two quarters of 2024.

The roadmap specifically includes: the NEAR fast finality layer NFFL mainnet will be launched in early Q3; cross-chain interactive NFFL applications will be developed in Q3; NEAR DA stateless verification will reduce NEAR validator hardware requirements in Q3; Chain Signatures will be launched on the mainnet in Q3, which is a new protocol that utilizes MPC technology, allowing NEAR accounts to send transactions to any ECDSA chain.

Previously, Nuffle Labs announced in June that it had completed a $13 million strategic financing led by Electric Capital. Nuffle Labs built NEAR's Data Availability Layer (NEAR DA), NEAR Fast Finality Layer (NFFL), and other products in NEAR's modular product suite.
