According to Blockworks, political parody meme coins such as boden, tremp and kama sparked a craze earlier this year. These coins are usually named after politicians or commentators, but some of them have their own nomenclature and artistic style, such as misspellings of names and crude MS-Paint-style caricatures of characters. After these coins were launched in late February and early March, their market value approached $800 million within a month, but they have been bleeding since then and are now worth less than $100 million in total. Currently, there are 150,000 addresses holding political parody coins, and it is estimated that 80% of the addresses hold 10 units (worth only a few dollars at most). Vice President Kamala Harris's parody coin Kamala Horris has recently risen after Biden's poor performance in the debate last week. However, KAMA only accounts for 3% of the parody meme coin market, while boden accounts for 24% and tremp accounts for 43%.
