The top five in terms of locked value are Arbitrum One with $17.32 billion (a 3.40% decrease over the past week), Base with $7.16 billion (a 5.516% decrease), OP Mainnet with $6.4 billion (an 8.32% decrease), Blast with $2.95 billion (a 5.87% decrease), and ZKsync Era with $1.29 billion (a 68.08% increase over the past week).

This data indicates a general downward trend in the value locked in Ethereum Layer2, with the exception of ZKsync Era, which saw a significant increase.
