According to Odaily, the US National Security Agency (NSA) has recently recommended that users reboot their phones once a week. This advice was analyzed by the security agency Dilation Effect, which stated that this simple action could help prevent attacks.

Presently, attacks on mobile phones are often carried out through text messages or browsers. If a phone is successfully attacked during operation and a trojan is implanted, the phone would need to be restarted. Post-restart, if the trojan wishes to persist, the hacker would need to exploit the phone system's secure boot vulnerability or rerun the attack code. This could potentially lead to the victim discovering the attack.

The Dilation Effect's analysis was published on the X platform, highlighting the importance of regular phone reboots in maintaining security.
