According to Foresight News, Ternoa, a digital asset security and privacy layer, has launched a Layer2 zkEVM+ testnet. The Layer2 is built with the Polygon CDK modular open-source toolkit, focusing on security and privacy. The zkEVM+ is a complete EVM equivalent infrastructure that combines hybrid coprocessor technology and the Avail data availability layer in an architecture implemented with Zeeve RaaS. Anurag Arjun, the co-founder of Polygon and Avail, serves as an advisory board member for the project.

In addition to the launch, Ternoa is initiating a funding program worth $500,000 (33 million CAPS) to attract new developers and projects during the testnet phase.
