According to Foresight News, stablecoin issuer Circle announced that its Web3 services are now expanding to the Solana network, starting with programmable wallets and Gas Stations on Solana. This expansion enables the Solana developer community to seamlessly embed secure, intuitive and enterprise-grade wallets.

Circle's Web3 service support for Solana will be carried out in stages: 1. In the first stage, programmable wallets and Gas Stations will be supported on Solana. Its API supports fungible token transfers and is able to sponsor transaction fees on behalf of end users. 2. Future versions will include support for NFTs and program interactions through smart contract platforms; these updates can unlock support for other use cases, such as NFT integration for brand loyalty and games, and the ability to interact and deploy programs on Solana.
