Franklin Spot Ethereum ETF submits latest documents to SEC, with an annual fee rate of 0.19%

According to ChainCatcher, Franklin Spot Ethereum ETF recently submitted its latest S-1 filing to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). According to the filing, the ETF will only charge customers 0.19% per year for holding ETH in its fund.
