According to Odaily Planet Daily, on the evening of May 30th, Beijing time, the CosmWasm annual hackathon AwesomWasm has completed the MACI quadratic voting review on the Dora Factory on-chain governance infrastructure Dora Vota, with a total of 7 judges participating in the voting of 2 tracks. This MACI quadratic voting is the first application of CosmWasm community activities, and it is also the first time that the MACI mechanism has been used for governance in a large-scale event in the Cosmos ecosystem. The AwesomWasm hackathon is the annual hackathon of CosmWasm hosted by the CosmWasm development team Confio. It is also the most important developer event in the CosmWasm ecosystem that Confio and DoraHacks have cooperated to hold for two consecutive years.

A total of 14 BUIDL teams were selected for the final review vote in this hackathon. Core members of Track sponsors Kuijira, Neutron and Abstract participated in the MACI quadratic vote and selected the final awards based on the MACI results. Currently, the ZK proofs generated by the voting results have been uploaded to the Dora Vota voting page, and the MACI voting results can be directly obtained through the relevant contract link. The specific results of the hackathon will be announced on the DoraHacks platform later.
