According to WuSaid, Telegram's built-in cryptocurrency wallet Wallet requires users to provide stricter KYC information, including name, date of birth and phone number. The announcement stated that starting from June 3, 2021, all other functions except the withdrawal function will require updated account details. In addition, starting from May 30, 2024, the Wallet service will be provided by WOT Global Solution Ltd.
