According to PANews, Tornado Cash developer Alexey Pertsev has appealed his guilty verdict. The first hearing may take several months to be held, and the court could not disclose whether the appeal has been approved. Pertsev was previously sentenced to 64 months in prison by a Dutch court for allegedly assisting money laundering through the Tornado Cash platform he developed.
