According to Foresight News, legal documents shared by former U.S. federal prosecutor James K. Filan show that Ripple has filed an application to seal certain documents related to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)'s judgment and remedial measures application. Ripple's chief financial officer Jonathan Bilich submitted a statement on Ripple's sealing motion.
