According to Odaily Planet Daily, US government officials revealed that President Biden will travel to Racine County, Wisconsin on Wednesday to announce that Microsoft will invest $3.3 billion to build a new artificial intelligence data center. Officials said the project will bring 2,300 union construction jobs and then bring 2,000 permanent jobs to Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin.
Microsoft also said it would work with Gateway Technical Institute to establish an academy in the hope of training 1,000 Wisconsinites for data center jobs.
